Welcome to another episode of The ODAAT Chat Podcast! My name is Arlina and I’ll be your host. It’s been a minute since I’ve published an episode. There’s been a TON of transition in my life. We sold our family home in Silicon Valley, we’re moving to Idaho, and I’m just finishing up a book proposal! Also, I’ve been grieving over the sudden devistating loss of our little English Bulldog Gus. Since the beginning of the podcast, you’ve heard him bark and snore in the background. It was a shocking loss but I just wanted to say a big thank you for the outpouring of support we’ve received. I know that so many of you share that loss, and as always, it’s comforting to know I’m not alone, so thank you so so much.
But in case you are new here, this is a podcast where my guests and I talk about how to recovery from alcoholism and addiction. I’m looking to uncover the causes and conditions, and the tools and practices which lead to long term recovery.
