Hello my friends,

Thank you for downloading the podcast, my name is Arlina, and I hope you’ll leave inspired!

Make sure you subscribe to get new conversations about recovery every week. You can also get them delivered right to your email inbox, just sign up for the newsletter at www.odaatchat.com

So let me ask you something:

HAVE YOU EVER SABOTAGED YOURSELF AND YOU CAN’T FIGURE OUT WHY?

THE TRUTH IS THAT SELF-SABOTAGE IS THE RESULT OF LOW SELF-ESTEEM.

We only allow into our lives what we feel and believe we deserve.

Building self-esteem is a foundational piece of recovery work.

When you change your self-esteem, your deep, subconscious beliefs about what you think you deserve, you stop self-sabotage.

You can improve your relationships, job, ability to achieve your dreams and goals, financial abundance, the love you attract and your health.  If you don’t change those beliefs, regardless of how hard you work, you will sabotage your progress in achieving them, either consciously or unconsciously.

The Reinvent Self-Esteem class is an online class for women where we do the work together in class. For all the details and to register, visit www.selfesteemcourse.com

So Today my guest is Belle Robertson, Author of “Tired of Thinking about Drinking” and a website with the same name:

https://www.tiredofthinkingaboutdrinking.com/

She is a sober coach who has helped thousands of people find recovery.

What’s unique about her story is that she has been sober since 2012, and did it 100% anonymously. No 12 step program or rehab. Her story is fascinating and I can’t wait for you to hear it!

So without further ado, please enjoy this conversation, with Belle!

  1. I’ve followed Belle and listened to several people interview her – by far, you , as an interviewer, were able to get more depth and background about her and her lifestyle, way of thinking and the way she works. Of course, I’m one of the 2000+ that she saved – and I did find her through the book ‘ The unexpected joy of being sober’ – so ever grateful. Fantastic interview. Thank you. Goofy Roofy
