Unique Sobriety Paths, Belonging, and Avoiding The Sober Drift

Today I’m sharing a conversation I had with Alex McRobert, aka, Sober Yoga Girl. Alex shares her story of how she started drinking at 14, her family life, and how she went from living in Kuwait at 23 years old, to realizing she had a problem with alcohol. Alex shares how she was able to find her own unique path to sobriety, what she does to maintain it, and the amazing life she has created for herself in Bali!

Alex is a beautiful example of what it looks like to have the courage to follow your heart and live a life full of purpose and meaning.

Anyway, I’m really excited to share this conversation with you, so without further delay, please enjoy this episode with Alex, and let me know what you think!
