It\u2019s that we only allow into our lives, what we believe we deserve on a subconscious level. I want to stress the subconscious part because our limiting beliefs are actually hidden from our conscious awareness. That\u2019s why you struggle with relapse, or have unhealthy relationships or you find yourself in self-sabotage mode. All these things are evidence of low self-esteem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The good news is I have a solution for you.
