He has published several books including \u201cConscious Recovery, A Fresh Perspective On Addiction\u201d. TJ is a featured thought-leader on <a href=\"http:\/\/wholehearted.org\/\">wholehearted.org<\/a> along with Dr. Gabor Mat\u00e9 and Marianne Williamson, and was given the honor of being ordained as an Agape minister by Dr. Michael Beckwith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I listened to the audible version of his book, I was intrigued by some of his ideas that challenged some of my own personal beliefs about 12 step programs. Ideas that imply that a dependency on anything outside ourselves is just another substitute for what we\u2019re addicted to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He actually makes a compelling case that while the 12 step program is great, especially in the beginning of recovery, and that there is more to explore beyond the rooms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re going to talk about how to heal through unlearning, how to build self-trust, and how to move past trauma, toxic shame and disconnection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if you enjoy
