So here\u2019s the deal: My mission in life, my life\u2019s purpose, whatever you want to call it, is to help lead people out of suffering. I do it because 1) suffering is so unnecessary, and 2) it can be done. And 3) I\u2019m selfish. When I am useful to someone who is ready to receive solution, it fills my heart with peace and joy. I\u2019m not even kidding, it makes me feel like I\u2019m living my purpose. Of course I have boundaries and balance out my energy with my own self care, but this work is in alignment with purpose and afterall, we don\u2019t ever have to do this life alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a ton of recovery resources to share with you that I\u2019ve found over the 27 years I\u2019ve been sober, so what I\u2019m going to do is publish some mini solo episodes. They will be solution oriented, and outcome specific. The idea is that all the information you need to achieve any goal in life is out on the interwebs for FREE, but the trick is applying the information. The trick is to identify the blocks that keep you from doing the things you know to do that will make your life better. The overarching theme of the content is \u201cGet sober, stay sober, go deeper\u201d I\u2019ll be publishing on YouTube, Instagram and on the One Day at a Time Facebook page, the newsletter (which by the way, I\u2019m terrible at but I\u2019m getting help) and of course the podcast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other thing I want you to know is that I\u2019m listening to you!
