My name is Arlina and I\u2019ll be your host. It\u2019s been a minute since I\u2019ve published an episode. There\u2019s been a TON of transition in my life. We sold our family home in Silicon Valley, we\u2019re moving to Idaho, and I\u2019m just finishing up a book proposal! Also, I\u2019ve been grieving over the sudden devistating loss of our little English Bulldog Gus. Since the beginning of the podcast, you\u2019ve heard him bark and snore in the background. It was a shocking loss but I just wanted to say a big thank you for the outpouring of support we\u2019ve received. I know that so many of you share that loss, and as always, it\u2019s comforting to know I\u2019m not alone, so thank you so so much. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But in case you are new here, this is a podcast where my guests and I talk about how to recovery from alcoholism and addiction. I\u2019m looking to uncover the causes and conditions, and the tools and practices which lead to long term recovery.
